To assist you after hours, the following carriers have 24 hour direct claim reporting services available. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details available for the claims adjuster. The insurance carrier will forward a copy of your claim report to our office. Also, if we can assist you in any way, please call us.

CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS

           1.    Prevent any more damage from occuring.

                                         Turn off water, electrial and/or gas.  Cover loss area. 

           2.    Document loss. 

                                        Take photos, obtain witness name and contact info.,

           3.   Secure damage area.

           4.   Obtain repair estimates.

           5.   Take inventory.

           6.   Locate receipts and serial numbers.
